Price details and cancellation policy

Gratuity is not included. Add a tip at checkout or hand it to your chauffeur in cash. All of it goes to the driver.

One grocery stop of up to 20 minutes is included when you request it below. A different or additional stop is $25 and is approved in advance. Extra waiting time is $20 per 30 minutes, approved before it is charged.

Pickups between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. carry a $20 late-night fee, shown here before you pay and confirmed with you. The $20 fee is automatically included in the booking total and added as a separate cart item when a pickup time qualifies. On round trips, it applies separately to each qualifying pickup.

What happens after I book?

You get an email confirmation straight away listing everything you entered. A real member of our team reviews your reservation and replies within a couple of hours to confirm, and again the evening before with your chauffeur's name and phone number.

Which SUV should I choose?

Our Full-Size Black SUV accommodates up to 6 guests with up to 6 standard-size suitcases. Car seats, strollers and oversized luggage may reduce available capacity, so please contact us if you are unsure whether your party fits. How to choose an SUV for your party and luggage.

How do I tip?

However you prefer. Checkout offers a tip after you enter payment details, or you can hand it to your chauffeur in cash on the day. It is never added automatically, and 100% of it goes to the driver.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund, and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling requested at least 12 hours before pickup carries no rescheduling fee, subject to availability and any difference in the price of the revised service. For changes within 12 hours, contact us to confirm the options; rescheduling does not automatically result in a refund. Can we stop for groceries, and what do extra stops cost?
