By booking, paying for, or using our services or website, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

SUV Orlando provides pre-arranged, private ground transportation in premium full-size SUVs within Orlando and Central Florida (airport, cruise port, theme parks, hotels, conventions, and point-to-point transfers). Service is private to your group and is not a shared shuttle, taxi, or rideshare. We arrange your reservation and may assign your trip to an approved, licensed, and insured affiliated driver/operator.

2. Reservations & Fixed Pricing

  • Prices shown are flat rates for the entire vehicle (up to the stated passenger capacity, subject to luggage), unless stated otherwise. Rates for hourly service are billed per hour with a stated minimum.
  • Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is completed and you receive a confirmation with a reservation number.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off details, date, time, passenger count, luggage, and any flight or cruise information. Errors or omissions may affect your service and are your responsibility.

3. Payment

  • Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe via Shopify). We do not store your card details.
  • The price presented at checkout is the amount charged. Applicable tolls and taxes are included unless stated otherwise. Gratuity is optional and may be added at checkout.

4. Vehicles & Capacity

  • Vehicles are premium full-size SUVs (e.g., Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL, Ford Expedition, or similar). A specific make or model is not guaranteed.
  • Stated passenger capacity is subject to luggage. If your group and luggage exceed safe capacity for one vehicle, we may need to confirm additional capacity or adjust the reservation before your trip.

5. Child Seats

Complimentary child seats (infant, toddler, or booster) are available on request at the time of booking. You are responsible for requesting the correct seat type and quantity. [Confirm your child-seat policy and any conditions.]

6. Flight & Cruise Monitoring

Where flight or cruise information is provided, we make reasonable efforts to monitor schedules and adjust pickup timing. We are not responsible for delays, missed flights or cruises, or losses caused by third parties (airlines, cruise lines, traffic, weather, or events beyond our control).

7. Wait Time, Stops & Changes

  • Reasonable complimentary wait time may apply for airport pickups. [State your included wait time, e.g., 60 minutes after landing for arrivals / 15 minutes for other pickups.] Additional wait time or extra stops may incur additional charges disclosed to you.
  • Requested changes are subject to availability and may change the price. Contact us as early as possible to modify a reservation.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. In summary [confirm and finalize]:

  • Free cancellation up to [24] hours before the scheduled pickup.
  • Cancellations within [24] hours may receive a [50%] refund.
  • No-shows are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

9. Customer Conduct

Passengers must comply with all laws and reasonable driver instructions. Smoking is prohibited in vehicles. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your party [state any cleaning/damage fee if applicable]. We may refuse or terminate service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive behavior without refund.

10. Affiliated Operators

Some trips may be fulfilled by approved affiliated drivers/operators who are independently licensed and insured. SUV Orlando arranges the reservation and coordinates service; it does not represent that it owns or operates every vehicle in its network.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUV Orlando's total liability for any claim arising from a reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. 12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUV Orlando and Brothers Services & Solutions LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your (or your party's) conduct.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, traffic, road closures, strikes, government actions, or emergencies.

14. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for information and booking. Prices, routes, and availability may change. You may not misuse the site or attempt to manipulate pricing; the price charged is determined by us at checkout.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in [COUNTY], Florida. [Attorney to confirm venue / any arbitration clause.]
