Count every passenger, including babies and children
Include everyone in your party when selecting the passenger count. A baby or child using a child seat still needs a seating position.
If you need more than one child seat, tell us before booking. Seat installation and the seating arrangement must work for the actual vehicle and your party. Do not assume the maximum passenger count is suitable for every combination of child seats.
Describe your luggage beyond the suitcase count
Tell us the number of checked suitcases, carry-ons, backpacks and other items. “Three bags” could mean three cabin cases or three large checked suitcases, which take up very different amounts of space.
For large or unusual items, share approximate dimensions or a photo. Include golf bags, mobility equipment and shopping bags if they will travel with you. Carry-ons may be listed separately in the booking form, but they still take up space in the vehicle.
The luggage allowance should not be read as space for the maximum number of suitcases plus an unlimited number of extra items. We review the full load together.
A folded stroller still needs room
A compact travel stroller and a full-size double stroller have different storage needs. Tell us whether yours folds, whether parts detach and approximately how large it is when packed.
If you are flying, include the stroller even if the airline lets you check it at the gate. It will still need to fit in your SUV after you land. The same applies to a travel crib or a separate infant seat that you bring with you.

If you plan to bring your own seat, mention that too. Include it in the passenger and equipment details rather than treating it as an item to add at pickup.
