What happens after I book?

You get an email confirmation straight away listing everything you entered. We reply within a couple of hours to confirm the chauffeur, and again the evening before with their name and phone number.

I do not know my flight number yet.

Book anyway and leave it blank. Send it on WhatsApp when you have it. We only need it 24 hours before pickup to start tracking the flight.

How do I tip?

However you prefer. Checkout offers a tip after you enter payment details, or you can hand it to your chauffeur in cash on the day. It is never added automatically, and 100% of it goes to the driver.

Where do we meet at the airport?

Inside baggage claim, by the carousel for your flight, with a name sign. Your chauffeur texts you as soon as you land. Prefer the curb? Say so in the notes.

Can I change the time after booking?

Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup. Message us on WhatsApp with the new time and we confirm it back.
