Gratuity is not included. Add a tip at checkout or hand it to your chauffeur in cash. All of it goes to the driver.

Extra time on the day is billed at the same hourly rate, subject to availability. Pickups between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. carry a $20 late-night fee, shown here before you pay and confirmed with you. The $20 fee is automatically included in the booking total and added as a separate cart item when a pickup time qualifies. On round trips, it applies separately to each qualifying pickup.

What if we run over the hours we booked?

Extra time is billed at the same hourly rate, subject to availability. There is no penalty rate.

Can we change the itinerary during the day?

Yes, within the booked hours. Tell your chauffeur or message us, and we confirm the change with you in advance.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund, and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling requested at least 12 hours before pickup carries no rescheduling fee, subject to availability and any difference in the price of the revised service. For changes within 12 hours, contact us to confirm the options; rescheduling does not automatically result in a refund.
